We completed the 40-Year Recertification for The Enclave Apartments at Waterways, a multi-building residential complex in Deerfield Beach consisting of 15 buildings and a leasing office. Our work included structural and electrical inspections to ensure code compliance and long-term safety.

Promenade at Aventura Apartments

We conducted the 40-Year Recertification for Promenade at Aventura, a residential subdivision in Miami-Dade County with 18 buildings. The project included detailed structural and electrical inspections, along with thermographic and illumination assessments to meet all county certification requirements.
